Specialty code inspectors and plan reviewers; quality control; rules.
(1) The Director of the Department
of Consumer and Business Services, by rule, shall develop quality control
procedures for the activities of specialty code inspectors, plan reviewers and
businesses that employ specialty code inspectors and plan reviewers licensed
under ORS 455.457. These procedures shall include but are not limited to random
sampling of the work of such persons and businesses.
(2) The Director
of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall appoint by rule a
chief inspector for each specialty code under this chapter. [1999 c.1045 §7]
