Code
requirements to which exemption may not apply.
No county shall exempt any
building from requirements of the structural code relating to:
(1) Fire egress,
fire retardant, smoke alarms and smoke detectors;
(2) Maximum
bending stress allowed by the structural code for structural members; or
(3) Insulation
