Revenues from sales of building codes publications; use. (1) All revenues derived from the sale of publications of the Department of Consumer and Business Services relating to building codes shall be deposited in the Consumer and Business Services Fund. (2) Moneys credited to the Consumer and Business Services Fund under subsection (1) of this section are continuously appropriated to the department for use as provided in ORS 455.022.
