Statute Text
Refunding bonds.
(1) The governing body of every municipality by ordinance or resolution without
prior approval of the electors may issue and exchange or sell refunding revenue
bonds to refund, pay or discharge all or any part of its outstanding revenue
bonds, including interest thereon, if any, in arrears or about to become due.
(2) All other
relevant provisions in ORS 454.105 to 454.175 pertaining to revenue bonds shall
be applicable to the refunding revenue bonds, including their terms and
security, the rates and other aspects of the bonds. [Formerly 449.430]
