Bond
election.
Before
any bonds may be issued under ORS 454.115, their issuance must first be
approved by a majority of the electors voting on the proposition at either a
general election or at a special election, to be called, held and conducted in
the same manner as special elections on the proposition of issuing general
obligation bonds. [Formerly 449.415]
