Definitions for ORS 454.105 to 454.175.
As used in ORS 454.105 to 454.175, unless the context
requires otherwise:
(1) Disposal
system means that term as defined in ORS 468B.005.
(2) Municipality
means a city, county, county service district, sanitary authority or sanitary
