Statute Text
Prohibited conduct.
A person shall not knowingly:
(1) Misrepresent
a device evidencing X-ray machine registration as evidencing the registration
of a different X-ray machine.
(2) Alter,
obscure, deface or remove a device evidencing registration of an X-ray machine
registration.
(3) Operate an
X-ray machine not having a valid X-ray machine registration. [1995 c.444 §5]
