Statute Text
Tanning device to comply with federal requirements; exception for certain
phototherapy devices.
(1) Any tanning device used by a tanning facility shall comply with all
applicable federal laws and regulations.
(2) ORS 453.726
to 453.734 do not apply to a phototherapy device used by or under the direct
supervision of a physician licensed under ORS chapter 677. [Formerly 431.935]
