Revolving fund; use. (1) When requested in writing by the State Fire Marshal, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall draw a warrant on the State Fire Marshal Fund in favor of the State Fire Marshal for use as a revolving fund. The State Treasurer shall hold the revolving fund in a special account against which the State Fire Marshal may draw checks. (2) The State Fire Marshal may use the revolving fund for the purposes specified in ORS
