Interference prohibited. No person shall knowingly or willfully hinder or interfere with or prevent the exercise of any powers conferred under ORS 452.230 to 452.250 or do or perform any act or thing which will destroy or impair the efficiency of any device or means used for the control or extermination of public health vectors or their larvae.
