Statute Text
Deposit and disbursement of moneys collected.
All money received from taxes collected for the use
of any control district under ORS 452.160 shall be paid to the county treasurer
of the county in which the district is situated. The county treasurer shall
keep the moneys in a separate fund to the credit of the district and disburse
them upon the warrant of the district signed by the president of the board, and
countersigned by the treasurer of the board. [Amended by 1959 c.600 §12; 1965
