Statute Text
Technical advice.
The board may request technical advice and information from the Oregon State
University Agricultural Experiment Station and the Oregon Health Authority
regarding methods and chemicals to be used in the control and extermination of
rats and public health vectors. [1959 c.600 §10 (enacted in lieu of 452.150);
