Statute Text
Meetings of board.
(1) The board of trustees shall provide for the time and place of holding and
the manner of calling its meetings, and may establish rules for the
proceedings.
(2) All sessions
of the board shall be held within the district.
(3) In all cases
a majority of the appointed members of the board shall constitute a quorum for
the transaction of business. At any meeting the decision of a majority of the
trustees present and voting shall be valid as a corporate act.
