Statute Text
Restrictions on altering, repairing or connecting with a service facility.
No person shall alter, repair or
make a connection with any service facility maintained by a district, unless
that person:
(1) Obtains
permission from the district that maintains the facility, and pays all
deposits, charges or fees required by the district for granting such
permission, before undertaking the work; and
(2) When
appropriate, complies with ORS 447.010 to 447.156 and 447.992 in performing the
