Statute Text
Authority may maintain garbage collection system and engage in insect control
activities.
In
addition to other powers granted to it under ORS 450.600 to 450.989, the
authority may:
(1) Maintain and
operate disposal sites and garbage collection systems in compliance with the
requirements of ORS 459.005 to 459.437, 459.992 (1) and (2) and 466.995 (1).
(2) Engage in
