Statute Text
Nomination and election of first board members; terms.
(1) The five persons receiving the
highest number of votes shall be elected as members of the board.
(2) The terms of
the members of the first board shall be determined by lot at their first
meeting after their election. The terms of two of the members shall expire June
30 next following the date of the first regular election in the authority. The
terms of three of the members shall expire June 30 next following the date of
