State Sanitary District Sewer Bond Fund. (1) The State Sanitary District Sewer Bond Fund is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. Moneys in the State Sanitary District Sewer Bond Fund are continuously appropriated to the State Treasurer for investment under authority of ORS 450.250 to 450.300, and for payment of costs of the State Treasurer in connection with the investment. (2) The earnings of the fund established under this section shall accrue to the General Fund, and the amounts received in payment of the principal of investments of the fund established under this section shall be credited to the General Fund, to be available for the payment of general governmental expenses. (3) The State Treasurer may engage such assistance and incur such expenses to carry out the purposes of ORS 450.250 to 450.300 as may be necessary.
