Statute Text
Districts eligible for state help in financing sewerage systems. Districts that have been certified by the Environmental Quality Commission as being in need of sewerage systems may apply to the State Treasurer for the financing of such costs under authority of ORS 450.250 to 450.300. The Environmental Quality Commission shall certify to the State Treasurer, in writing, a list of the districts that are in dire need of sewerage and sanitation facilities.
