Statute Text
Adoption of regulations and ordinances.
Any general regulation or ordinance of a district
board shall be adopted in accordance with ORS 198.510 to 198.600. Orders not
establishing a general regulation need not be posted or published. [Amended by
1971 c.268 §16]
