Advisory committee to commission and Oregon Health Authority.
To aid and advise the
Environmental Quality Commission and the Oregon Health Authority in the
adoption of rules under ORS 448.410 and 448.450, the Director of the Department
of Environmental Quality and the Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall appoint
an advisory committee. The members of the committee shall include but need not
be limited to representatives of all types of water systems. [1987 c.635 §16;
