Technical assistance and training; public information.
The Oregon Health Authority:
(1) May provide
technical assistance and organize, coordinate and conduct training for water
system personnel.
(2) Shall conduct
a program designed to stimulate public participation in matters relating to
water systems through public presentations, dissemination of informational
