Statute Text
by any person, firm or corporation, whether acting as principal or
agent, employer or employee, is a Class B misdemeanor. Each day that the
violation continues is a separate offense.
(2) Subject to
ORS 153.022, violation of any of the following is a Class A misdemeanor:
(a) Any rule of
the Oregon Health Authority adopted pursuant to ORS 448.115 to 448.330.
(b) Any order
issued by the authority pursuant to ORS 448.175.
(c) ORS 448.265
