Cooperation with public officials and agencies required. The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services or the designated representative of the director shall cooperate with and receive the assistance of all persons, all appropriate elective or appointive public officials and all state or governmental agencies in carrying out the responsibilities of the director under ORS 447.210 to 447.280.
