Statute Text
Access to lottery-funded facilities by persons with disabilities. (1) It is the intent of the Legislative Assembly that any affected buildings, the construction costs of which are paid for in whole or in part by lottery funds, shall be accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities in the manner prescribed in ORS 447.210 to 447.280. (2) Promotional and marketing programs described by this section shall promote and identify lottery-funded facilities as accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities whenever appropriate.
