Statute Text
Violation of consigned manufactured structure transfer; penalty.
(1) A person commits the crime of
violation of a consigned manufactured structure transfer if the person consigns
a manufactured structure to a manufactured structure dealer and the person
fails or refuses to deliver the ownership document for the structure to the
dealer or purchaser upon sale of the structure under consignment.
(2) Violation of
a consigned manufactured structure transfer is a Class A misdemeanor. [2003
