Statute Text
License fees; use of moneys.
(1) The fee for issuance or renewal of a manufactured structure dealer license
under ORS 446.691 is $542.
(2) The fee for
issuance or renewal of a supplemental license under ORS 446.716 is $90 for each
additional place of business.
(3) The fee for
issuance or renewal of a corrected dealer license under ORS 446.716 or
corrected limited manufactured structure dealer license under ORS 446.706 is
$30.
(4) The fee for
issuance of a temporary manufactured structure dealer license under ORS 446.701
is $100.
(5) The fee for
issuance or renewal of a limited manufactured structure dealer license under
ORS 446.706 is $150.
(6) Fees adopted
pursuant to this section are not subject to proration or refund.
(7) Fees
collected by the Department of Consumer and Business Services under this
section must be deposited in the Consumer and Business Services Fund. Moneys
deposited into the fund pursuant to this section are continuously appropriated
to the department for use as provided in ORS 446.423. [2003 c.655 §32; 2007
