Acting
as manufactured structure dealer without license; penalty.
(1) Except as provided in ORS
446.676, a person commits the crime of acting as a manufactured structure
dealer without a license if the person does not have a valid, current
manufactured structure dealer license issued under ORS 446.691 or 446.696 or a temporary
or limited manufactured structure dealer license issued under ORS 446.701 or
