Definitions for ORS 446.586 to 446.606.
As used in ORS 446.586 to 446.606:
(1) Holder or
other person means the manufactured structure owner or other person having an
interest in the structure as indicated in the records of the Department of
Consumer and Business Services.
(2) Last-known
address means:
(a) The address
of a holder or other person that is the intended recipient of a notice
described in ORS 446.591 (4) as set forth in an ownership document, financing
statement or other documentation;
(b) If the
address for the intended recipient of the notice is not shown on a document or
statement, the address of the intended recipients principal place of business;
or
(c) If the
address for the intended recipient of the notice is not shown on a document or
statement and the intended recipient does not have a principal place of
business, the address of the intended recipients residence. [2003 c.655 §13]
