Statute Text
Issuance of license. Upon receipt of a completed application on an Oregon Health Authority form, required fee, and after representation by the applicant that the facility is in compliance with the provisions of ORS 446.310 to 446.350, and the rules adopted pursuant thereto, and the requirements of the Department of Consumer and Business Services, the authority shall issue a license, unless there is reason to believe noncompliance exists.
