Statute Text
Fee
for license; rules.
(1) Every applicant for a license under ORS 446.320 shall pay to the Oregon
Health Authority a fee established by the authority by rule. The fee may not
exceed $100, except that recreation parks shall pay an additional fee not to
exceed $3 for each space.
(2) Rules adopted
pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be adopted in accordance with
