Statute Text
Inspection of parks. The Department of Consumer and Business Services may inspect every mobile home or manufactured dwelling park in order to determine whether it conforms with the provisions of ORS 446.003 to 446.200 and 446.225 to 446.285 and the rules adopted pursuant thereto. Any person operating such facilities shall at all reasonable times, upon request of the department, permit access to all parts of the facilities.
