Preparation and distribution of examination blanks; printing cost.
(1) The Oregon Health and Science
University shall prepare blanks containing such questions and requiring such
information as may in its judgment be necessary and proper to be obtained by
the physician who examines the patient under order of court.
(2) A supply of
such blanks shall be sent to the judge exercising jurisdiction under ORS
419B.100 or 419C.005. The president of the Oregon Health and Science University
shall determine the number of blanks to be printed and distributed to the
judges.
(3) The bills for
the printing of blanks shall be audited, allowed and paid in the same manner as
the printing bills of the Oregon Health and Science University. [Amended by
