Statute Text
Unspecified treatment and experimentation prohibited.
(1) No child under the terms of
ORS 444.110 to 444.240 shall be treated for any ailment except as is described
by the order of the court under ORS 444.120, unless permission for such
treatment is granted by the parents or guardians.
(2) No child
shall be used for the purpose of experimentation.
