Statute Text
Transfer of property; undue influence.
(1) No owner, employee or administrator of a residential facility as defined by
ORS 443.880 shall cause any person who is a resident of the facility to deliver
to the owner, employee or administrator any funds or property of the resident
by the exercise of undue influence.
(2) For the
purposes of this section, undue influence means that an owner, employee or
administrator of a residential facility has substituted the will or interests
of the owner, employee or administrator for the will or interests of the
resident of the facility. [1991 c.413 §2]
