Statute Text
Gifts, grants and donations. The Residential Facilities Ombudsman appointed under ORS 443.382 may solicit and accept gifts, grants and donations from public and private sources for the purpose of carrying out ORS 443.380 to 443.394 and the moneys shall be deposited in the Long Term Care Ombudsman Account established under ORS 441.419.
