Statute Text
Disclosure of confidential information not waiver of right to protect
information.
If
parties to a cooperative program agreement provide the Director of the Oregon
Health Authority with written or oral information that is confidential or
otherwise protected from disclosure under Oregon law, the disclosures shall not
be considered a waiver of any right to protect the information from disclosure
in other proceedings. [1993 c.769 §10; 2009 c.595 §763]
