Statute Text
may not require a patient to apply for medical assistance, as defined
in ORS 414.025, before the patient will be screened for or provided financial
assistance.
(b) This
subsection does not prohibit a hospital from providing information to patients
about their eligibility for medical assistance or assisting patients in
