Statute Text
Hospital to maintain records.
A hospital shall keep and maintain records necessary to demonstrate compliance
with ORS 441.761 to 441.795. A hospital must provide records kept and
maintained under this section to the Oregon Health Authority upon request. [Formerly
441.173]
