and ORS 441.775 or 441.776, as applicable; and
(b) The members
of the combined committee are selected from each committee by an exclusive
representative or otherwise as provided in ORS 441.762 (1)(b) and (c), 441.775
(1)(b) and (c) and 441.776 (1)(b) and (c).
(2) A majority of
members of each staffing committee constitutes a quorum for the transaction of
the business of the combined committee. If there is an unequal number of staff
and management from each committee present at a meeting of the combined committee,
only an equal number of staff and managers from each committee may vote.
(3) Disputes
arising in combined committees shall be resolved using the applicable dispute
resolution processes under ORS 441.766, 441.775 or 441.776. [2023 c.507 §5]
