Long
Term Care Ombudsman Account.
The Long Term Care Ombudsman Account is established in the State Treasury,
separate and distinct from the General Fund. All miscellaneous receipts, gifts
and federal and other grants received by the Long Term Care Ombudsman shall be
deposited into the Long Term Care Ombudsman Account and are continuously
appropriated to the Long Term Care Ombudsman for carrying out the
responsibilities of the office of the Long Term Care Ombudsman. [Formerly
