Statute Text
for the purpose of giving the officers or employees expert opinion, in
lieu of attendance at the time specified in the subpoena, may agree with the
party at whose request the subpoena was issued to appear at another time or
pursuant to such notice as may be agreed upon. [1991 c.550 §7; 2011 c.547 §27]
