Statute Text
Service
of subpoena if witness concealed.
A sheriff, deputy or some person specially appointed by the sheriff, but none
other, is authorized and required to break into any building or vessel in which
a witness may be concealed to prevent the service of a subpoena, and serve it
on the witness.
