Statute Text
Penalties.
(1)
Violation of any of the provisions of ORS 435.010 to 435.130 is a Class C
misdemeanor.
(2) Sale at
wholesale or retail of any goods of the class specified in ORS 435.010 that do
not comply with standards promulgated under ORS 435.100 (1) is a Class C
