Statute Text
Reproductive health services and education programs; rules.
(1) The Oregon Health Authority
may, subject to available funds, implement reproductive health services and
education programs and provide funding for reproductive health services and
education in this state.
(2) In order to
receive state or federal funding or reimbursement from the authority for the
provision of reproductive health services, a health care provider must be
certified by the authority pursuant to rules adopted under subsection (3) of
this section.
(3) The authority
may adopt rules necessary to carry out this section, including but not limited
to rules to:
(a) Establish the
programs described in subsection (1) of this section;
(b) Establish a
health care provider certification process; and
(c) Adopt fees. [2022
