Statute Text
Publication of licensing regulations.
The State Board of Pharmacy shall prepare, print and distribute rules and
regulations not inconsistent with law, for the conduct of proceedings for the
issue, enforcement and revocation of the licenses provided in ORS 435.010 to
435.130. [Amended by 1995 c.79 §222]
