Statute Text
License issuance; fee; duration; rules. (1) All licenses shall be issued by the State Board of Pharmacy on written application and payment of an annual license fee for each manufacturer or wholesale license, which fee shall not exceed $300. (2) Licenses shall be in effect for one year from January 1 of each year or such date as may be specified by board rule.
