Statute Text
Wholesale and manufacturer license.
Wholesale and manufacturer licenses shall be issued only to persons authorized
to sell or distribute the appliances, drugs or medicinal preparations mentioned
in ORS 435.010. [Amended by 1969 c.328 §3; 1977 c.328 §2]
