Authority of Governor during state of public health emergency.
The Governor may seek assistance
under the Emergency Management Assistance Compact during a state of public
health emergency to obtain additional resources for providing services directly
related to mitigation of the crisis. [2003 c.555 §4; 2007 c.445 §25]
