County
dog control fund; sources and uses.
(1) All moneys received by a county under ORS 433.340 to 433.390 and 433.990
(6) shall be paid to the county dog control fund.
(2) The governing
body of the county may, in the event of a rabies outbreak within the county,
use such portion of the dog control fund as it deems necessary to purchase
rabies vaccine for administration to animals under the direction of the state
