Oregon
Health Authority to establish vaccination clinics; payment of costs by dog
owners.
The Oregon
Health Authority shall be responsible for development and coordination of
vaccination clinics at sufficient and reasonable times at various locations
throughout the state for the inoculation of dogs against rabies. Costs of
vaccination shall be borne by the dog owner. [1977 c.189 §2; 2009 c.595 §668]
